What materials are used in Glerups footwear?
Our products are crafted from 100% pure natural wool from sheep in New Zealand and Denmark, featuring soles made from either vegetable-tanned calfskin or natural rubber.
How do I find the right size?
Glerups should fit snugly but comfortably. We recommend referring to our size guide; if you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up as the wool will mold to the shape of your foot over time.
How should I clean and maintain my Glerups?
Wool is self-cleaning, but if needed, you can hand wash them in lukewarm water with wool detergent. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this will cause the wool to felt further and shrink.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles show no signs of outdoor use to qualify for a full refund.

Why is my new pair of Glerups shedding?
Shedding is a natural process for high-quality wool. For the first few days of wear, the coarsest wool fibers work their way out of the felt. Simply remove the fuzz and it will stop after a short period.
