At Glerups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wool boots, shoes, and slippers. We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn products in their original packaging to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn Glerups in their original shoe box and secure them inside a durable shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
